The terms of the work

Contractor of record, owner’s advocate

One firm holds both roles, so the owner’s and the builder’s interests never split.

The license holder runs the job

Natali holds the license and runs each job herself, from the first budget to final inspection.

03

Capped fee, open book

The fee is fixed and capped up front. Budgets, bids, and invoices are shared in full.

04

Ninety days past close-out

We stay through punch list, commissioning, and the first ninety days of occupancy.
