A privately held
development firm.

CRTV is a residential construction firm based in Los Angeles. We build for owners as the contractor of record, and we are retained on the owner’s side of contracts held by others. Ground-up construction, whole-house remodels, ADUs, and owner’s representation.

We provide hands-on leadership across owner’s representation, development, and construction. We work closely with owners, designers, and consultants to guide projects from early concept through completion.

Our approach is disciplined and detail-driven, focused on clear decision-making, responsible execution, and delivering spaces that hold their value over time.

CRTV is based in Beverly Hills, California, and builds across Los Angeles County.

CRTV is female-owned and led by Natali Yehias, who holds California License #1152523, Classification B — General Building.

CRTV is female-owned and led by Natali Yehias, a licensed general contractor. She holds California License #1152523.

Natali leads each project directly. She develops the budget, solicits and reviews the bids, selects the trades, and remains the owner’s point of contact through construction and close-out.

She came to construction from the operating side. Before founding CRTV she managed residences valued between $30 and $50 million and founded Nightfall Group, a luxury residence rental company that now operates across Europe. She has been the person who inherits the building decisions, and now she is the one making them.

§ III · Our Values

Four commitments

On the owner’s side

Every call is weighed against one test: is it right for the owner and the project? Where we hold a stake in the work itself, we say so in writing.

Open book

Budgets, bids, schedules, and change orders are shared in full, not summarized. Owners see the same numbers we do, including what we pay the trades.

Capacity

We take on a limited number of projects at a time. Owners work with the license holder throughout, not with a coordinator assigned to the job on our behalf.

Accountable through close-out

The job is not done at substantial completion. We stay through punch list, commissioning, and the first ninety days of operation, when the warranty claims and call-backs arrive.
