We provide hands-on leadership across owner’s representation, development, and construction. We work closely with clients, designers, and consultants to guide projects from early concept through completion.
Our approach is disciplined and detail-driven, focused on clear decision-making, responsible execution, and delivering spaces that hold their value over time.
CRTV is privately held, female-owned, and led by the person who founded it. Natali Yehias holds the contractor’s license the work is built under, and she runs the job from first budget conversation to final inspection.

Every call gets weighed against one test: is it right for the owner and the project? Where we hold a stake in the work itself, we say so plainly.
Budgets, schedules, change orders, and bid analysis are shared with the owner in real terms rather than summaries written to reassure. The owner sees what we see.
We engage a small number of projects each year. Owners working with us have direct access to a partner rather than a coordinator three levels removed from the work.
The job is not done at substantial completion. We stay through punch list, commissioning, and the first ninety days of operation, when the bills, the warranty claims, and the call-backs actually arrive.
