We provide hands-on leadership across owner's representation, development, and construction — working closely with clients, designers, and consultants to guide projects from early concept through completion.
Our approach is disciplined and detail-driven — focused on clear decision-making, responsible execution, and delivering spaces that hold their value over time.
Every call gets weighed against one test: is it right for the owner and the project? Where we hold a stake in the work itself, we say so plainly.
Budgets, schedules, change orders, and bid analysis are shared with the owner in real terms — not summaries written to reassure. The owner sees what we see.
We engage a small number of projects each year. Owners working with us have direct access to a partner, not a coordinator three levels removed from the work.
The job is not done at substantial completion. We stay through punch list, commissioning, and the first ninety days of operation — when the bills, the warranty claims, and the call-backs actually arrive.
CRTV is privately held and founder-led. The person who started the firm is the one who runs the work — from the first budget conversation through the final walk-through.
