Licensed general contractor

We build it.
And we answer for it.

Residential building and delivery, owner-side — from the ground up, or within what already stands.

01

General Contracting

As a licensed general contractor, we hold the build. We carry the contract, run the site, and supervise every trade — accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and safety from permit through final inspection.

Typically engaged by
Owners and developers who want a single licensed party accountable for delivering the work — not just advising on it.
02

Ground-Up Construction

New custom homes built from the foundation up. We deliver excavation, structure, envelope, systems, and finishes as one continuous scope — a complete residence, built to the standard the design intends.

Typically engaged by
Private owners and developers building a new custom residence who need it delivered end-to-end by one builder.
03

Renovations & Remodels

Full and partial renovations, interior and exterior remodels, additions, and ADUs. We work cleanly within existing and occupied structures, sequencing trades to protect both the home and the timeline.

Typically engaged by
Homeowners and investors renovating, expanding, or reconfiguring an existing property.
04

Pre-Construction

Budgeting, estimating, value engineering, constructability review, and permit and entitlement support — so cost and feasibility are understood before ground breaks, not discovered during the build.

Typically engaged by
Owners and designers who want real numbers and a buildable plan before committing to construction.
05

Construction Management

When the design and trades are already in place, we run them — scheduling, procurement, trade coordination, inspections, and reporting, with real-time cost and schedule transparency throughout.

Typically engaged by
Owners and teams who have their consultants lined up and need disciplined professional management to deliver the work.
06

Owner's Representation

When we are not the builder, we sit on the owner's side of the table — reviewing contractor decisions, monitoring progress and cost, and protecting the owner's interests through planning and construction.

Typically engaged by
Owners and investors on projects led by another contractor who want independent oversight and advocacy.
§ II · Engagement

A typical engagement begins with a conversation. Not a contract.

If your name is on the deed,
we should talk.
